🕒 Order Cancellations

• Orders can be cancelled within 4 hours of placing them

❗ Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

💳 Refund Policy

We strive to deliver high-quality homemade products. Refunds are applicable only in the following cases:

• You receive a defective product
• You receive an incorrect product

In such cases:

• Please contact us within one day of receiving the order
• Refunds or replacements will be processed after verification
• Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7 business days

📦 Returns Policy

Due to the nature of our products:

• Incase wrong product delivered, Products must be unopened and in original condition to be eligible for return
• Return requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery
• Return shipping charges will be borne by the customer, unless the product is defective or incorrect

⚠️ Important Note:
As our products are perishable, freshly prepared, and made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges once the product has been delivered, except in cases of defects or incorrect items.

🚫 No Replacement Policy

• We do not offer replacements once the order preparation started.
• This policy is in place due to:
  • Perishable nature of the products
  • Fresh, made-to-order preparation
  • High shipment and logistics costs

To request a return, refund, or replacement:
